300X slow closed check valve is an intelligent valve installed in the water supply system of high -rise buildings and otherwater supply systems at the pump oullet to prevent media backflow, water hammer and water hammer phenomenon, The valvehas three functions of electric valve, check valve and water hammer eliminator, which may effectively improve the safely andreliability of the water supply system.

Working principle

When the valve is fed from the inlet end, the water enters the main valve control room through the micro-filter, needlevalve, check valve, and then flows out through the ball valve. The opening of the needle valve is less than the opening oithe ball valve, so the drainage speed of the main valve contol room is greater than the inlet speed, and the pressure of theconirol room is reduced, so the main valve is opened to supply water downstream.

When the pipeline stops supplying water, if the water begins to backflow, part of the water enters the main control roomthrouoh the bal valve, due to the function of the check valve, the water cannot fiow out of the main control room, so thepressure of the main control room will gradually increase and the main valve closes slowly.
