Working principle
The check valve is mainly composed of a valve body, two semi-round valve discs, a return spring, a slow closing smallpiston group and a needle valve. By the thrust of the imported medium, the two valve discs are pushed smoothly, at the sametime, the imported medium enters the lower part of the piston, pushes the piston, and presses the water in the upper part of thepiston through the needle valve into the small piston on both sides of the valve body, so that the piston rod in the small piston isextended. When the iniet medium pressure drops below the outiet pressure, the medium wll produce a backtlow, and the valvedisc will automatically close under the action of the spring and the media backflow, However, because the piston rod is in theextended position, the valve disc cannot be completely closed, and there is slll about 20% of the area to make the medlum passthrough, thus playing the role of eliminating the hammer. The valve disc is supported by the piston rod, and the pressure waterin the back cavity of the piston slowly enters the piston through the needle valve, and the valve disc is gradually closed.
