Structural characteristics

YX741X is composed of main valve, needle type, pilot valve, ball valve and nozzle system. The main valve body adopts fulchannel, direct flow, streamline design, and adopts diaphragm type structure. The valve sets the outet pressure by setting thespring pressure of the regulating pilot valve and adjusting the opening of the needle valve, and stablizes the outlet pressure bythe feedback of the nozzle system and the control room.

This product uses needle valve and pilot valve for self-controlled water pressure, does not need additional devices andenergy, easy maintenance, lile infuence by imported pressure and flow, high pressure control accuracy, reliable pressurereduction and reaulation.

Working characteristics

1, Pressure control is stable and reliable. The pilot valve and main valve work continuously, the downstream pressure changescontinuously and steadily, and is little affected by the inlet pressure.

2, Easy to operate. Once the working pressure is set, the main valve automatically adjusts when the upstream pressure orflow changes, stabilizing the downstream pressure.

3, The valve body adopts full channel, straight flow, streamlined design. The hydraulic loss is small and the energy savingeffect is good.
